How does ordering at BoektiqueOnline work?
Ordering through Boektique Online is very easy. Simply add your books to your cart and complete your order through our secure payment page. You'll receive an email confirmation within a few minutes.
what are the shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. For orders under €75, we charge €7.50 in shipping costs. Orders of €75 or more are free of charge.
Which countries do you ship to?
Our online store ships within the Netherlands. If you'd like to have your package shipped to another country, please contact us to discuss the options.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We aim to ship your order within three business days. After shipping, you'll receive an email confirming your order is on its way.
Can I track my order?
YES! As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a track and trace code.
Can I return my order?
Books can be returned within 14 days as long as they are undamaged and in their original packaging. E-books and audiobooks cannot be returned.
What is the return period?
You have a 14-day return policy. If you want to return an item, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll help you further.
How does the return process work?
Send us an email with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll then send you instructions and the return address.
Can I still cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, you can still cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange this.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our payments go through Molly pay.
Is paying through your webshop safe?
Absolutely. All our payments are processed through Molly Pay, so no bank details are stored.
Can I pay later?
It is currently not possible to pay afterwards.
Are the books new or second-hand?
All our books are new and purchased directly from the author.
Are the books physical or digital?
We offer both physical books and e-books. Browse our store for our selection.
How do I know if a book is right for me?
Our product pages include a description of the book, its genre, and sometimes a preview. Not sure? We're happy to advise you on whether a book is suitable. Feel free to contact us.
I'm an author and want to list my book on BoektiqueOnline. How do I do that?
We're so glad you found us! The "For Authors" page has more information about what we can offer. You can also request an information package and schedule an introductory meeting through this page. We'll talk soon!
What are the conditions for participating as an author?
Yes, the book must be self-published and fit our mission: written with passion.
How does payment work for authors?
As an author, you receive an agreed-upon percentage of each sale. We pay out monthly.
Can I continue to sell my self-published book?
Absolutely. Boektiqueonline is an additional sales channel. We will never ask for exclusive rights.
Can I receive an invoice?
Yes, after each order you will automatically receive an invoice by email.
How do I contact you if I have questions or problems?
You can easily reach us via our contact page. We aim to get back to you within 3 business days. However, due to ongoing employment, this may sometimes take a little longer.
